Project overview

A phased redevelopment strategy that allows a historic preparatory school campus to evolve over time while respecting its collection of Victorian buildings.

The proposal creates a more welcoming, connected and future-focused campus through three carefully sequenced interventions. Each phase responds to the school’s operational needs, heritage setting and ambition to strengthen its relationship with the wider community.

The first-phase modular building was developed within the selected prefabricated system’s technical parameters before being handed to the specialist manufacturer for technical development and delivery.
